Zipfy products are made to make you happy, and we back that up with our return policies. If you’re not pleased with your purchase from Zipfy.com, just contact us within 30 days and we will give you a refund or replacement. While we hope it doesn’t come to that, we’ll make it as painless as possible with free return shipping.

In addition to the “30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee”, Zipfy is covered by a Limited Warranty. Your Zipfy product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase when used in accordance with Zipfy’s user manual/warning label (refer to usage guidelines found on the underbelly of the Zipfy sleds). Under this warranty, you will be able to direct your claims to Zipfy even in situations where you purchased the Zipfy product from a third party. If a defect arises during the warranty period, Zipfy Inc., at its option, will exchange the product with a new one with equivalent functionality or refund the original purchase price. This warranty applies to any failure that has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship and does not cover damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.

Please note that only purchases made directly from Zipfy.com qualify for the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. For all other Zipfy purchases, please kindly contact your authorized reseller for merchant guarantees.
